Welcome to wking8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wking8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wking8 website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services available at wking8.cam (collectively, the "Services").

wking8 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in the Malaysia market and internationally. Our platform offers a broad range of services including, but not limited to, online slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting, live football, poker, bingo, lottery, and arcade games — all accessible to eligible registered members.

By accessing the wking8 platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or making any deposit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wking8 platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the wking8 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and any confirmed bonus credits held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by wking8 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds into a Player's Account via an approved payment method, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or an accepted cryptocurrency equivalent.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to authenticate a Player's Account and unlock full platform functionality.
• "Platform" refers to the wking8 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated application or software interface through which the Services are delivered.
• "Services" means the full suite of gaming, betting, account management, payment, and support facilities offered by wking8.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to the Player's nominated payment method.
• "Winnings" means any amount credited to a Player's Account as a result of a successful wager or game outcome.

Access to and participation in the wking8 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wking8 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years in compliance with applicable international online gaming standards. We do not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager on our platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are the sole authorised user of the Account you register. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or director of wking8 or any of its affiliated entities.
• The funds you deposit onto the platform are not derived from any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you accept full responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under applicable local laws.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the wking8 platform or had a prior Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of Services on wking8, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. wking8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from a failure to maintain adequate credential security on your part.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the wking8 platform. The discovery of duplicate accounts held by the same individual will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at wking8's discretion following investigation.

wking8 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulatory obligations, wking8 is required to verify the identity of all registered Players. The KYC verification process must be completed before a Player may request their first Withdrawal.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include:

• Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid Malaysian Passport (photo page)
• Valid Malaysian Driver's Licence

Acceptable proof of address documents (must be issued within the last 3 months) include:

• Utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Indah Water, Syabas, or equivalent)
• Official bank statement from a recognised Malaysian financial institution (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, etc.)
• Official government-issued correspondence showing full name and residential address

wking8 processes KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of all required documents. Players will be notified via email or in-platform notification of the outcome. Incomplete or unclear submissions may result in delays.

wking8 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT, TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks).

The minimum Deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your Account tier and KYC verification status. wking8 does not charge processing fees on Deposits made by Players, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. wking8 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any Deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered Account holder may be reversed, and the Account may be subject to review.

Deposited funds are held in designated player funds accounts and are not commingled with wking8 operational funds.

Players may request a Withdrawal of available real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• The Account has completed KYC verification.
• The requested Withdrawal amount consists of real-money funds and does not include uncleared Bonus funds subject to active Wagering Requirements.
• The minimum Withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The Withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.

wking8 targets Withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for fully verified Accounts transacting via supported local channels (DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong). Processing times may vary subject to payment provider processing schedules and may be extended during periods of high volume or for Withdrawals requiring additional compliance checks.

wking8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Withdrawal request prior to processing. In such cases, the Player will be notified and may be asked to provide additional documentation. wking8 does not impose fees on standard Withdrawals; however, cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the Player.

wking8 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

Key general conditions applicable to all wking8 Bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus credits are subject to a Wagering Requirement before associated Winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet cap applies — typically between RM 250 and RM 500 per round or event. Bets placed in excess of this cap while Bonus funds are active may result in Bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards clearing Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not utilised within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date) will be automatically forfeited and removed from the Account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one Bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotional offers cap the amount of Winnings that may be withdrawn from Bonus play. Where applicable, this cap will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

All games available on the wking8 platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and all other game types — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game prior to participation.

wking8 slot games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are independently random and not subject to manipulation by any party, including wking8. Live dealer games are operated in real time by trained human dealers and are subject to the physical constraints of live play.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error affecting a game in progress, wking8 will use its reasonable best efforts to resolve the issue. Where the outcome of a game round cannot be verified due to a technical issue, the round will be treated as void and all wagered funds for that round will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. wking8's determination of any disputed game outcome shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.

wking8 sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to event commencement. Bets accepted at a specific price will be settled at that price, regardless of subsequent odds movements. In-play betting markets close at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended or cancelled in accordance with applicable sporting event rules.

Players must use the wking8 platform exclusively for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, Winnings forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration of multiple Accounts on the wking8 platform by a single individual.
• Use of another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or bonus abuse through the deliberate exploitation of promotional terms.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to wking8 support immediately.
• Money laundering or the use of the Platform for any activity related to terrorist financing or other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law without appropriate authorisation.

wking8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or provides documentation that cannot be verified.
• wking8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime associated with the Account.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory instruction requires Account closure.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting wking8 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

All content on the wking8 platform — including but not limited to the wking8 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of wking8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wking8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any wking8 content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wking8 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the wking8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred during normal gameplay on the Platform.
• Loss of data, Account access, or funds resulting from circumstances beyond wking8's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or downtime affecting gameplay or transaction processing.
• Decisions made by third-party payment providers that affect Deposit or Withdrawal processing times.

In all cases where wking8 is found to bear liability, the aggregate liability of wking8 to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits wking8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

wking8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling on the wking8 platform should be treated as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable method of generating income, and Players should never wager amounts they cannot afford to lose.

wking8 provides the following responsible gambling tools, all of which are available to Players through their Account settings or via our 24/7 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications reminding them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying session duration and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players experiencing difficulties controlling their gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.

wking8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wking8 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the wking8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which wking8 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and wking8 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Any dispute not resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, wking8 reserves the right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

wking8's determination of all game outcomes and betting settlements shall be final and binding, except in cases of demonstrable technical error or fraud on the part of wking8.
