wking8 operates in the Malaysia market and primarily processes data within the region. However, certain third-party service providers engaged by wking8 — including KYC verification platforms, cloud infrastructure providers, and game content suppliers — may process Personal Data in jurisdictions outside Malaysia.

The wking8 Platform is strictly intended for use by adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process for all new Players.

If wking8 becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual who does not meet the minimum age requirement, such data will be permanently deleted without delay, and the associated Account will be closed immediately. Any Balance in a closed underage Account will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable regulatory guidance.
